Petling is a virtual-pet game for phones and tablets. This policy is short because the answer is simple: Petling does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.
Nothing. Petling has no account system, no login, and no sign-up.
Nothing. Petling works entirely offline and makes no network requests. Your creature, its name, its needs, its rooms, and everything else you do in the app are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes this data.
To be explicit, Petling does not collect or transmit any of the following:
Petling is suitable for children. Because the app collects no data and makes no network connections, it does not knowingly or unknowingly gather personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR-K). There is no data to access, correct, or delete on any server, because none exists.
Petling contains no advertising. If optional cosmetic purchases (decorative room packs) are offered, they are processed entirely by Google Play; Petling never sees or stores your payment information. Purchases are visual only and never affect your creature's care or wellbeing.
Petling does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
If a future version of the app adds a feature that changes any of the above (for example, an optional online feature), this policy will be updated before that feature ships, and the change will be described here.
